SURCHARGE POLICY:

• Applicable for stays booked from 01/11/2025 until 31/03/2026.
• Not applicable for 02 peak periods: from 26/12/2025 until 10/01/2026 and from 17/02/2026 until 21/02/2026.
• Complimentary surcharge for 02 children under 06 years old, sharing the bed with parents (extra bed not included).
• Weekend surcharge (Friday and Saturday nights): 400,000 VND/ room/ 02 nights
• Room upgrade surcharge:
  • Deluxe Garden View: 300,000 VND/ room/ night
  • Deluxe Sea View: 600,000 VND/ room/ 02 nights
  • Bungalow Garden View: 1,000,000 VND/ room/ 02 nights
  • Subsequent room types: 600,000 VND/ room/ 02 nights for each room type
• Surcharge for children from 06 to 11 years old (if applicable): 800,000 VND/ 02 nights (including breakfast and lunch)
• Surcharge for the 3rd adult from 12 years old and above (if applicable): 1,600,000 VND/ 02 nights (including extra bed, breakfast, and lunch)
