General Policies and Rules
No extra accommodation charge for maximum 1 child under 12 years old sharing parents’ room without extra bed but an extra breakfast at VN $210,000 ++ for the child (age of 6-11)
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:30 am.
- Early check-in is subject to room availability at the time of arrival, unless the room is pre-registered for the night before.
- 50% of the daily room rate will be charged for an extension up to 6:00 pm.
- A full day room rate shall be applied after 6:00 pm.
- Both of these options are subject to room availability.
Rules and forms of payment
- Customer reserv rooms or services have to deposit 100% of the total value of 1 reservation.
- Customer can pay by the following forms: cash, credit card , bank transfer , travelers cheque
Policies for return / exchange and refund
1 . The peak season (1 / 11-1 / 5)
Customers want to change or return to service at least 21 days prior notice , if the notice within 14-21 days will be fined 100% of the value of the service of first day use , within 7-14 days will fined 50 % of the total value of service charges , within 7 days will be fined 100% of the value of services .
2 . Low season (2 / 5-31 / 10)
Customers want to change or return to service at least 7 days prior notice , if the notice within 7 days will be fined 100% of the value of the service of first day, use within 3 days will be fined 100 % total cash value services

- Address and other related information that customers provide .
